Suspected DUI Driver Kills Man in Spring Valley Crash SPRING VALLEY, Calif. — A suspected DUI crash late Friday night left one man dead and another person injured in Spring Valley. In 2024, the San Diego County Supervisors approved the construction of sleeping cabins in the Spring Valley community and to develop a recreational vehicle site in an unincorporated area near Lakeside.
